“Since the early 1800s, this was my family’s farm,” Oliva tells us, “in 2003, thanks to a European project for the protection of the environment, greenery, and sports, we restored and reorganized it with full respect for environmental sustainability, into an accommodation facility also listed in the Guide of the Great Italian Gardens.Thanks to my father Franco Scaramuzzi, ” she continues proudly, “one of Italy’s leading botanical experts, who also led the Academy of Georgofili for 28 years, a botanical garden with over 300 species of Mediterranean plants was created, which is, of course, available to our guests.“

We asked what the best times to stay at the property are, and as we expected, “the best time is all year round!” they exclaim confidently. “From the beginning of Spring, with the first blooms and the awakening of nature, until November, thanks to the mild temperatures of the area, you can enjoy beautiful holiday days, full of lights, colors, and scents. But during the rest of the months, the property takes on a truly special charm, with the wonderful warm and intense colors of autumn and winter, not to mention the beauty of the sea during this period, reachable in just a few minutes.”
