Inside the Livia estate is Casa Livia restaurant, open daily for resort guests — a perfect spot to enjoy the unique flavour of house specialties. The menu includes typical Tuscan dishes and homemade pasta like tagliatelle and tortelli.
Another highlight is the breakfast, which can be served in the apartment or enjoyed at the buffet.
At the Livia estate, near the reception, guests can choose from a wide selection of local and wholesome products, both sweet and savoury, with the option to have breakfast outdoors in the estate’s green garden.

Fattoria San Lorenzo features a concrete tennis court located within Tenuta Livia, which can be booked online.
A private tennis coach is also available for individual lessons.
Throughout the year, the resort hosts tennis and padel clinics in collaboration with top Italian instructors, suitable for all skill levels. A highlight: renowned coach Riccardo Piatti (first coach of Jannik Sinner) regularly organises tennis training sessions at Fattoria San Lorenzo.
Guests can also enjoy tennis and padel at a modern sports club in Grosseto, easily reachable on foot or by bike via a scenic nature trail.

Beach soccer, beach tennis and beach volleyball: just a few metres from the holiday apartments, guests have access to a partner facility — one of the largest indoor beach sports centres in Tuscany.

Thanks to the bridge over the Ombrone River, guests can easily access the Maremma Regional Park by bike, on foot or on horseback, and freely enjoy the protected area’s scenic trails.

Fattoria San Lorenzo produces zero-kilometre, 100% organic certified spirulina, which can be tasted in breakfast desserts and drinks, as well as in dishes served at the on-site restaurant.
Guests can explore the secrets of spirulina cultivation through guided tours and cooking classes that teach how to use it in a variety of tasty recipes.
The fields surrounding the estates are used to experiment with new seed varieties, helping to preserve and promote the area’s agricultural heritage.
A biomass system is also in operation, producing renewable electricity for the estate.
