L’Acacia farm stay was born from a family estate, renovated with respect and care. The buildings retain their exposed brick and original beams, while the interiors feature functional kitchens, private verandas, and open spaces, inviting you to live in touch with the countryside.
The five independent apartments overlook a central lawn, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space where you can spend peaceful hours after a day at the beach or on the sports fields.
- Three spacious two-room apartments with a double bedroom, living room with a kitchen area, and a bathroom. Some feature an enclosed garden, ideal for those travelling with pets or seeking extra privacy.
- One larger apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious garden, perfect for families and small groups.
- A bright studio suite with a hideaway kitchenette and a private veranda, designed for those who want more independence and a direct connection with nature.
Pool, spa, and restaurant
A short walk from the apartments leads to the small on-site spa, housed in a converted old farm warehouse. Its whirlpool, sauna, and relaxation area offer the perfect way to recharge after a match or a cycle ride to the sea.
In the garden, nestled among the olive trees, you’ll find the outdoor pool—quiet in the morning and ideal for cooling off during the warmest hours.
By reservation, the restaurant opens only for special occasions like team dinners or evenings with friends, serving menus prepared with vegetables from our garden and local products. The garden itself is open to guests—a simple way to fully experience the rhythm of the countryside and bring fresh, authentic flavours to your table.

Between the sports fields, trails through nature, and outdoor activities, every guest finds their own pace. Some stay to train or relax, while others cycle to the beach, walk in the hills, or explore the area on horseback.
Il Peccio Sports Centre
On the farm stay’s grounds is Il Peccio, the sports centre managed by Federico. Established in 2017, it offers courses, tournaments, and training sessions all year round.

All pitches are floodlit and equipped with cameras so you can rewatch your matches, perhaps over dinner at the restaurant with friends or teammates. The changing rooms are modern and fully equipped.
Activities and experiences nearby
The farm stay is in an ideal location to easily explore the surrounding area, which is full of sports and nature activities for every type of experience.
- Trekking and cycling: Gravel roads and cycle paths start directly from the property. A coastal loop leads to the beach in just a few minutes, while other routes climb towards Campiglia and Suvereto for walks and rides through forests and vineyards.
- Beaches and water sports: The Rimigliano Coastal Park is only 1.5 km away. Easily reachable on foot, by bike, or by car, it has many free-access beaches, equipped beach clubs, a dog-friendly beach, seaside spots like Lago Verde, and plenty of water activities such as SUP, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and canoeing.
- Equitazione: Local riding stables, just a few minutes away by car, organise guided treks in the woods of the Montioni Park and through the pine forests.

L’Acacia is a farm stay with a deep-rooted sporting identity. In 2017, the Il Peccio sports centre was built on the property’s grounds. Born from the passion of Federico, a former local goalkeeper, the centre offers a unique setting where sport is a healthy and respectful way of life, nestled in the countryside near the San Vincenzo sea. Modern padel and football pitches, open all year round, floodlit for evening matches, and equipped with technology to review your performance.
Federico, along with Gianni, Alessandro, and Tiziano—all expert instructors—takes care of every detail: from children’s sports courses with certified instructors to the regular monthly tournaments and memorial cups, right through to walking football for the over-60s. The Il Peccio sports area is an authentic space where every match is a chance to connect, grow, and have fun.
In this sporting environment, people are at the heart of everything: every activity is designed to engage, educate, and entertain, always keeping the values of respect and sharing alive, regardless of age or skill level.
Who will welcome you
A story of brave choices
L’Acacia was born from a family story, one of brave choices and dreams cultivated over time. The estate belonged to Silvia’s father, who ran it as a farm. She decided to return, leaving a secure job behind. She transformed the estate, creating apartments, a restaurant, a pool, and a spa. Federico realised his sporting dream with Il Peccio.
Today, Silvia and Federico lead a small, close-knit team, including their daughter who welcomes international guests, and Monica and Emanuela, who take care of the apartments and breakfasts.
